Learn Fast and Frugal Closet Organization

Closet organization is a must to running an organized home.

It’s unlikely that most of us have a closet organization system in place that keeps us in order. A long time ago I’d get my closets in order, then within two weeks of doing laundry and stacking towels, clothes, sheets, etc. they’d be a mess again. I finally got smarter than my closets and developed systems to organize all the closets in my home.

Can you allow complete strangers to peer into your closets? Probably not!

These closet organize systems have become even more crucial since I’ve added another three kids to our three bedroom 2000 sq ft home that we’ve put up for sale. Not only do I have the challenge of fitting six people and all their stuff into this home, it has to look good to prospective buyers!

Good closet organization can be broken down into four simple steps

  • Remember the purpose of the space you are organizing
  • Declutter
  • Categorize items
  • Designate a place for everything

That's it!

Below I give you simple tips that I have used that won’t break the bank to organize your clothes, linen, coat, baby's, and kid’s closets.

Let’s get busy and let the closet organizer in you come out by clicking on a closet below!
