Glazed Baby Carrots RecipeIngredients: 1 pound baby carrots, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: Place carrots in saucepan and cover with just enough water to cook. Bring to a boil and simmer until cooked but still firm (after 10-15 minutes, check tenderness with a fork). Turn off flame, drain and return to pan. Add butter and brown sugar, and cover. Right before you are ready to serve, turn on the flame again and simmer until the butter and sugar have melted.
