Oven Baked Fries Recipe

If you like your fries cut thick and spicy, then you'll love this recipe.

If you like your fries thin and crispy, then check out Oven Baked Potato Fries.

Oven Baked Fries Recipe

Ingredients: 4 pounds potatoes washed and sliced, 4 tablespoons olive oil or non-stick spray, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 9 x 13 pan with oil or non-stick spray, place cut sides of potatoes on the oiled pan and rub into the oil then turn potatoes over so that cut sides are facing up, or spray with non-stick spray. Mix cumin, red pepper, and salt and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes.

Serves 4 with leftovers

*Note, if you don't like your fries spicy, you can substitute Lawrys seasoning salt for cumin, red pepper, and salt.
