Potato Salad RecipeIngredients:
4 peeled potatoes, 1/2 cup finely diced onion, 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, 1/2 cup finely diced celery, 4 hard boiled eggs chopped, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, celery salt, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: Place potatoes in saucepan, cover with water, and bring to boil until tender about 5 minutes. Drain, cool, and set aside. Chop the potatoes up after they are cooled. Combine potatoes, onion, relish, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, celery salt, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill several hours before serving.
