Potato Soup Recipe

I love this potato soup recipe not only because it's easy to make, but because it tastes good and is good for you too.

Make this soup next time you want a satisfying meal for your family.

Yummy Quick Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients: 1 chopped onion, 4 cups potatoes peeled and diced, 1 tablespoon butter, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 quart whole milk, and salt and pepper to taste.

Directions: Cover onions and potatoes with water in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir with fork until smooth. Heat to thicken. Add onions and potatoes to milk mixture, heat to serving temperature, and salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4 with leftovers
