• Eat something light and nutritious. Saltine crackers are wonderful! This will help you avoid nervousness and give you the energy to get through the ceremony without messing with your stomach.
• Have your make-up and hair done; avoid a pullover shirt so you won't mess anything up! A button front shirt or a cami that you can pull up works great.
• Enlist someone's help to check on reception set up.
• Dress shortly before the ceremony.
