Classic Meatloaf Recipe

Here's an American classic that's sure to please everyone. Use the leftovers to make out of this world sandwiches!

Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, 1 onion chopped, 1 cup bread crumbs, 3 eggs, 1 package vegetable soup or onion soup mix (your preference), 1 cup salsa, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 cup ketchup.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together except the ketchup in a bowl until mixed together. Turn into loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook for 30 minutes then remove from oven and coat with ketchup. Return to oven and cook an additional 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees.

*Note, you can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.

Serves 6
