Oven Baked Chicken Recipe

This oven baked chicken tastes just like fried chicken, but without all the added fat and calories.

Oven Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cut up fryer chicken or 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 cups cornflakes, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.

Directions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. If using a fryer chicken, remove the skin and de-bone. Put cornflakes in plastic bag and crush with your hands. Add remaining ingredients to cornflakes, close bag and shake to blend. Add chicken to bag one piece at a time and shake to coat evenly. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and place chicken on baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.

Serves 4-6
